Vaughan Basketball Association (VBA) is a not for profit organization affiliated with the Ontario Basketball Association (OBA) for 13 years. We are dedicated to assisting youth of all ages achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle through the game of basketball.
Our goal is to provide players with the opportunity to have fun and maximize their potential and ability, while promoting the sport of basketball as a medium and method to build critical life skills such as confidence, discipline, self-esteem, commitment, teamwork, respect and sportsmanship. We believe that the life skills we encourage and develop are transferable both on and off the court, and developing these values in our youth benefits both the child & our community.
VBA welcomes participants of all skill levels, and various ages. We offer a variety of programs that will suit the needs of every player: House League, Future Stars Basketball (FSB) skills development, and Vaughan Panthers Basketball Club Rep teams.
