House League

The Vaughan Basketball Association House League is an instructional basketball program in which both boys and girls ranging from the ages of 5 to 16 can participate.

The league session is on Saturdays for 10 weeks including playoffs. Players in our league learn the fundamental skills and principles of the game. House league participants will receive approximately an hour and thirty minutes of on court instruction per week. Teams will practice for forty minutes and play a weekly game for fifty minutes. Upon registration each player receives a jersey (if opted in) and upon completion of the session each player will receive a participation medal/trophy.  Each team will also have a chance to win a championship trophy. …more

New for this season, VBA is offering a Girls House League program! This program allows for girls to learn & compete to their full potential in a supportive environment where they can feel comfortable & have fun!

Vaughan Panthers Basketball Club Rep Teams

The Vaughan Panthers Basketball Club is a REP basketball program that is affiliated with the Ontario Basketball Association (O.B.A.). Players at the Rep level must demonstrate exceptional skill, athleticism and strong commitment to the game of basketball.

The Players are selected through a series of open tryouts late summer/early fall. (Please monitor this site for dates and location.) The Vaughan Panthers Basketball Club season runs from October to April. Teams will also play other O.B.A affiliated clubs and play in a minimum of 3-5 tournaments and/or league games including the Provincial Championships. …more
